Volunteer Online Registration is now CLOSED.
Volunteer applications, assignments and scheduling are still available by visiting the Volunteer Confirmation Center during the pre-accreditation July 7-11th and during the week of the games at the Chicago Hilton and Towers. See below for operating hours and additional details.

The Volunteer Confirmation Center will handle the following issues:
  • Badging and Assignment of new and existing volunteers.
  • Scheduling of volunteers for various shifts between now and the end of the Games.
  • Taking photos for your accreditation badges.
  • Uniform allocation of volunteers and key staff.
  • Other volunteer Questions and Answers.


  • Volunteer Orientation - Volunteer Orientation Sessions take place on a regular basis. View the Calendar, Meetings/Events to the left for details.


    • Volunteer Accreditation / Badging / Assignments

    All volunteers MUST complete a volunteer accreditation process to receive your badge, uniforms, assignments and any pre-games orientation, along with any pre-shift orientation and training. We will be able to take your photos onsite during these times and assist with your shift assignments, if you do not already have those completed on file.

    Chicagoland area volunteers will be accreditated at the Volunteer Confirmation Center located at Roosevelt University- 430 South Michigan, 1st level.

  • Friday, July 7 (5pm-10pm)
  • Saturday, July 8 (9am-6pm)
  • Sunday, July 9 (9am-6pm)
  • Monday, July 10 (noon-10pm)
  • Tuesday, July 11 (noon-10pm)


    • Out of town volunteers can receive their assignments, uniforms and badge during the normal accreditation hours at the Volunteer Confirmation Centre located at the Chicago Hilton and Towers. Operating hours are as follows:

    Regular Accreditation
    Hilton Chicago, 720 S. Michigan, Lower Level
    Thursday July 13 4 - 10 pm
    Friday July 14 7 am to midnight
    Saturday July 15 7 am - 7 pm
    Sunday July 16 7 am - 10 pm
    Mon-Fri July 17-21 10 am - 4 pm
