Hello Everyone!

We wanted to send you a quick update in regards to tickets.

As you know, the Games begin in just three short weeks, and we’re sure everyone is wondering where their tickets are.  Well here it is...  If you purchased Opening and Closing Ceremony packages and live in the United States (48 Contiguous States) – your tickets will be arriving shortly via Express Mail or Standard Delivery.  For those who live outside of the continental United States your tickets will be held at Will Call at the Chicago Hilton and available for pickup Friday, 14 July from 12pm-8pm, Saturday, 15 July from 8am-3pm.  Opening Ceremony tickets will also be available at Soldier Field beginning at 6pm.

As far as event tickets, due to overwhelming demand, all event tickets will now be available at Will Call. You will be able to pick up your tickets at our host hotel, the Chicago Hilton, 14-15 July, and throughout the rest of the week at your ticketed events. Please see below for Will Call Hours:

Friday, July 14 - 12-8pm
Saturday, 15 July – 8am-3pm
Sunday, 16 – 21 July - Will Call will open 1 hour prior to event start time at each venue.

*** Please note – you must have your Government Issued photo ID to pick up your tickets

When arriving in Chicago, if you need additional tickets for the Opening Ceremony or any sport or cultural event tickets you may utilize  our ticket outlet partner Hot Tix for any last minute ticketing needs, conveniently located at:

Tickets to some events may be available at the door, on the day of the event – however, many events are quickly reaching capacity so we encourage you to purchase your tickets now to assure yourself a seat. Log onto www.GayGamesChicago.org for additional information and updates
