O'Hare International Airport
Chicago's O'Hare International Airport is one of the busiest airports in the world, serving as an important "hub" for many incoming and outgoing flights. In 1999, more than 813,000 flights (representing more than 62 million passengers) passed through O'Hare.
New additions to the airport include many unique shopping and dining opportunities. Many favorite Chicago restaurants including the Berghoff Restaurant, Gold Coast Dogs, Lou Mitchell's and Goose Island Microbrewery can now be found in the terminal buildings.
O'Hare also boasts a branch of the Chicago Children's Museum, the Museum of Broadcast Communications, meeting and conference facilities, a business center, post office, health club and medical offices.
In 1998, O'Hare won the award for "Best Airport in the World" from Business Travelers International, as well as the Airport Council International's first place award for best food and beverage concessions.
The two largest carriers in the world - United Airlines and American Airlines - call Chicago's O'Hare Airport home.

Midway Airport
Midway Airport's convenient location and low-cost airfares have made it the fastest growing airport in North America and the fourth fastest growing airport in the world. Located one-half hour from downtown Chicago off the Stevenson Expressway, the airport is also easily accessible from the Elevated Train.
To accommodate the dramatic increase in passengers at Midway, a terminal redevelopment project to be completed in 2004 includes a larger terminal with expanded gate and concession areas, a parking garage within walking distance of the terminal, and improving roadway access to the airport. The new terminal more than doubled the size of the existing terminal and concourse.
