Athletes, artists, fans and LGBT sports and culture organizations worldwide will spend the many months leading up to the Gay Games planning for their participation. The Chicago host organization will work hard to ensure the success of this event. Sports Equality Day
A series of seminars and workshops with keynote speeches, panel discussions and Q&A time with an international selection of sport authorities and legends.
Mainly focused on aspects of sports for younger and collegiate LGBT athletes and the state of the LGBT sports movement in areas of the world with relatively large potential for development. The conference runs from 10:30am to 5:00pm and is held at Roosevelt University located at 430 S. Michigan Avenue, Chicago. Cost is $25 per person.

The International Rainbow Memorial Run
Rainbow Run will be staged throughout the diverse ethnic communities of Chicago, ending at the Opening Ceremony in Soldier Field.
